RETURN POLICY

Not thrilled with your embody purchase? No worries. You can return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to validation and approval by embody.

Final sale items are non-returnable, and we regret to inform you that we don't offer price adjustments.

To start the process, email hello@thisisembody.com with "RETURN ORDER #[Your Order]" in the subject line for return shipping instructions. Pack your items with care, include the order confirmation, follow the provided instructions, and drop it at your nearest post office.

Refunds are subject to approval and processed in the original payment form within 7-10 business days upon receipt. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it's our mistake. Refunds may be issued as store credit if a discount wasn't verified before purchase.
